For those seeking a completely bespoke piece, our custom orders made from scratch typically take around 8 to 12 weeks. This allows us to meticulously craft a wig or topper that meets your specific requirements, using the finest materials and expert craftsmanship.
**Customization of Existing Orders**
If you have an existing piece that requires customization, the process generally takes up to 2 weeks. This includes adjustments to fit, style, and minor modifications to ensure your wig or topper is perfect for you.
**In-Stock Customizations**
Customizations can often be completed during your appointment for items already in stock at our clinic. However, please note that colour customizations may take up to 1 week to ensure the perfect shade and finish.
