Delivery

We offer a consistent next business day delivery service with Royal mail group ltd. We use the Royal mail special Delivery guaranteed service.  
This service is tracked and a next day service, however with this service there is a risk of outside conditions that effect delivery time IE: weather conditions,traffic etc. which is outside of their control and ours. All this is mentioned in Royal mail group ltd  'Terms And Conditions' for next day delivery services 
Deliveries:
* Once the order has been dispatched from our premises we can no longer accept responsibility or guarantee performance of courier services.
* We Would advise all orders be made to allow 1-2 working days for delivery to ensure you have time to received and checked the goods. This will allow yourself time to check your order and rectify any discrepancies before your clients appointment date.
* Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of the delivery or reported to the warehouse within 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Next day delivery only apply to orders placed before 3pm Monday to thursday. Orders placed on fridays will not be processed until Monday.

Returns

14-Day Returns Policy for Wigs: Refund or Exchange

At Sharni K Hair Ltd, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best experience. We offer a 14-day returns policy for wigs, ensuring your peace of mind. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please note that wigs must be unworn and in their original state.

Kindly remember that returns are not accepted if the wigs have been opened, removed from their original packaging, or if security tags have been removed. Once the hair is not in its original state, it becomes non-resalable. We cannot issue refunds or credits for items returned without their original packaging or in a condition other than the original state.

Before returning any goods, it is essential to contact us via email at sharni.k.hair@gmail.com to obtain confirmation and authorization for the return. Please note that the cost of return delivery will not be covered by Sharni K Hair Ltd, and the buyer is responsible for shipping expenses.

To initiate a return, we kindly request that you email us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please include the reason for the return and full order information. Depending on the condition and reason for return, you may be offered a credit note or refund.

Order Cancellations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please email us at sharni.k.hair@gmail.com

Faulty Items

If you receive faulty goods, please contact us at sharni.k.hair@gmail.com. To help us address your case promptly, please provide your order number, name, address, items on the order, and the reason for return. Any additional information such as supporting images will be helpful in resolving the issue efficiently.

Received the Wrong Item

If you have received an item that does not match your original order, please email us at sharni.k.hair@gmail.com We will promptly address your case and require your order number, name, address, and items on the order. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
